Menstruation or periods is a natural biological & physiological process experienced by females starting in their adolescence period. How long is a normal menstrual cycle lasts?

The average menstrual cycle lasts for 28 days. However, days can vary from woman to woman, it can range Between 21 days to about 35 days and still be normal.
